The term 'Reduced price lunch (or breakfast, supper, snack) ' as it applies to the area of agriculture can be defined as ' A federally reimbursable meal (or snack) served to a child who applies for and qualifies because the family’s income is between 130% and 185% of the federal income poverty level. Schools may not charge more than 40 cents for reduced price lunches, or more than 30 cents for reduced price breakfasts'.
